Tony spent over 25 years in leading information technology teams across multiple industries
and IT disciplines including; software development, information security, system architecture
and DevOps. At Captionmax, Tony was Chief Technology Officer and oversaw the technology
team and implemented numerous hardware and software initiatives. A native Minnesotan, Tony
has a BS degree from the University of Vermont.

Truck has over 20 years of financial advisory experience including mergers and acquisitions,
debt and equity raises and financial advisory. Truck Joined Captionmax in 2014 where he
served as its President & CEO managing the overall operations of the company. A native
Minnesotan, Truck has an undergraduate degree from St. Olaf Colleged and an MBA from the
Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Ty spent over a decade in financial services primarily advising small business owners on
strategic initiatives. At Captionmax, Ty was the Chief Revenue Officer and oversaw its sales
and marketing teams. A native Minnesotan, Tyler has an undergraduate degree from Gustavus
Adolphus College and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of
Minnesota.
